AI-native teams: Reshaping organizations and workflows
AI is profoundly reshaping organizational structures and ways of working. AI-native teams should redefine job responsibilities, organizational structures and business processes around the A-To-A model and AI-friendly services, enabling “everyone to have multiple AI agents.” Professional capabilities and business experience can be encapsulated into “digital employees,” promoting autonomous learning by agents, multi-agent collaboration and the evolution of collective intelligence, thereby multiplying per-capita productivity.
AI for good: Putting values first, serving social development
AI also requires values-based guidance. Guided by the principle of “being people-centered and using AI for good,” efforts should follow the approach of “governing AI with AI and guiding intelligence with wisdom,” ensuring that AI always serves social development, the public interest and people’s needs. 二 | 有消费者网购该“瘦身咖啡”，服用后出现了身体不适……1月10日，记者从四川甘孜州新龙县公安局获悉，新龙警方接到该线索后，历时近一年侦查，最终在省外将4名犯罪嫌疑人抓获归案，破获了这起生产、销售有毒有害食品案。警方透露，4人落网时，还有2万多袋“瘦身咖啡”已包装好，尚未出售。

四 | 经过长时间侦查发现，这是一个组织严密、层级清晰，采取商业运作模式，利用网络的虚拟性、传播性隐藏身份制售有毒有害减肥产品的犯罪组织。后在甘孜州公安局指导下，专班民警从涉案账号、快递物流单据、资金流向等信息入手，历时近一年，辗转道孚、乡城、巴塘、稻城等地，行程上万公里，最终锁定涉嫌生产销售有毒、有害食品的阎某、张某、穆某、肖某，同时获取到嫌疑人藏匿代售的“咖咖瘦燃脂咖啡”多达上万包的重要信息。夫妻俩在自家别墅里制作咖啡还有人以身试“毒”为防止嫌疑人囤积的大量有毒有害“咖咖瘦燃脂咖啡”流入市场，2024年6月，新龙警方抓捕组赶赴省外某地，准备实施抓捕。2024年6月中旬，民警先后将肖某、穆某抓获归案，并在穆某家中起获藏匿代售的“咖咖瘦燃脂咖啡”12000余袋。

五 | 乘胜追击，民警在属地警方协助下，在阎某、张某自家别墅将两人抓获归案，并查获大量制作毒咖啡的机械设备和原料。其中，含有西布曲明的各类原材料多达数百公斤，已包装好的减肥咖啡制品1万余袋，每袋10克。警方查获的作案工具四人被押解至四川后，经审讯，他们对其层级之间使用暗语交流，物品交易互不见面，对制作、销售有毒有害“咖咖瘦燃脂咖啡”制品的犯罪事实供认不讳。警方调查发现，阎某、张某是一对夫妻，年逾五旬，夫妻俩身居别墅区，原本家庭殷实，但为了牟取更多非法利益，竟在明知原材料含有西布曲明成分，对身体健康有害的情况下，制作、销售减肥咖啡。肖某作为两个孩子的母亲，家里长期从事客运行业，有固定收入，但曾因销售有毒有害食品被打击处理的她仍不知悔改。穆某在某公司担任管理人员，她在明知销售产品有毒有害的情况下，为测试效果还长时间以身试“毒”，落网时年仅40岁的她已颜面浮肿，疾病缠身。

六 | 四人被判处刑罚终身不得从事食品生产经营1月10日，记者了解到，2024年12月18日，新龙县人民法院公开宣判了此案。法院认为，阎某、张某在生产、销售的食品中掺入有毒、有害原料，肖某、穆某销售明知掺有有毒有害食品原料的食品，其行为触犯《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百四十四条之规定。
